A fun and challenging workout that will get your heart pumping and your core burning. You will start with indoor cycling with different levels of speed and resistance, as well as various positions on the bike to target different muscles. You will then move to the floor for core training where you will perform a variety of exercises that range from slower paced to high intensity moves. You will strengthen and tone your abs, obliques, lower back, and hips, while also improving your posture and stability. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
