FACILITY USE

Access to and use of our facility is complimentary for guests who have spa treatments booked on the day of their reservation only. Facility Day Passes may be offered Mondays through Thursdays, as availability allows, for $35/person.

AGE GUIDELINES

Guests of the spa must be at least 18 years of age to enjoy a private spa service. Services to younger spa-goers (between the ages of 13 and 17) are provided at our discretion and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of any closed-door service.

FOR YOUR COMFORT

The spa provides robes and slippers for all guests to prepare for their treatments. We recommend shaving no less than two hours prior to any appointment.

FOR YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY

Please inform your service provider if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart ailments or any condition that may prohibit you from receiving heat, massage or skin care therapies. Additionally, if you have an immune deficiency disorder, are going through medical treatment or were recently ill, we recommend consulting with your physician before having spa treatments. We highly discourage alcohol consumption prior to, during or immediately following spa treatments. Please avoid sun exposure following skin therapy services.

TRANQUIL ENVIRONMENT

For the peace, quiet and well-being of all our guests, we respectfully request that mobile phones, devices and laptop computers be left outside or are turned off before entering the spa. Smoking is strictly prohibited.

PROMPTNESS

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to change. If your schedule permits, we highly recommend arriving an hour early to enjoy our saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools and relaxation lounges. If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be modified and will still conclude at its scheduled time in order to honor the next scheduled appointment.

PERSONAL POSSESSIONS

We request that you do not bring valuable possessions into the spa. If you are a resort guest, we encourage you to leave your belongings in the security of your guestroom.

RESERVATIONS

To enjoy the best availability, we recommend making spa reservations at least three weeks in advance. We are proud to offer both male and female service providers – if you have a preference, please state that at the time of making your reservation. We welcome walk-ins and will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.

PRICES, PAYMENT & GRATUITY

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept personal checks. You may also bill your spa charges to your guestroom. All prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuity is at your discretion. An 18-20% gratuity is traditional when receiving quality services. For groups of six or more, a 20% gratuity charge will be added to all treatments. Please note that our spa is a cashless facility. If you would like to tip your therapist in cash, please bring the exact amount and request an envelope at our spa desk.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

We ask that you kindly observe and cancel or request an appointment time change at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or appointment changes with less than 24 hours’ notice as well as “no-shows” will result in a full charge for the treatment. All spa services are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable once purchased. If you are not fully satisfied with a spa product, it must be returned with a valid receipt within ten days of purchase. Products may only be returned for a spa credit or exchanged for a more suitable product.

SPA SAFETY UPDATE

Our spa is certified in Infection Prevention and Control. Spa employees will take added measures to disinfect all high-touch areas, work stations and treatment rooms. We ask all guests to wash their hands frequently and for at least 20 seconds as well as making use of hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility. If you have a fever or are experiencing symptoms of the flu or Covid 19, please cancel your appointment prior to arrival. These protective protocols, guidelines and procedures may be updated at any time to adjust to expert recommendations and practices.
