Melissa Plymal has been named National Sales Manager for Lansdowne Resort, an oasis for productive meetings with innovative conference facilities and world-class dining and amenities located 30 miles outside Washington, D.C. and 12 miles from Washington Dulles International Airport.  With a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Plymal most recently was the Director of Sales & Marketing at Nicewonder Farm & Vineyards, a charming family-owned boutique resort and golf club in southwest Virginia.

Plymal’s extensive connections within the Virginia/D.C. meetings sector, combined with her experiences working with high-profile groups, positions her perfectly for this new assignment. Her passion for hospitality will ensure that Lansdowne Resort continues to attract high-end group business.
