Going far above the farm-to-table concept, this unique dinner brings hyper local, non-industrial farming right to our terrace. 5-courses of vibrant dishes, bursting with flavor, truly capture the passion and intentions behind the harvest. To celebrate Earth Day, we’re partnering with Polyface Farms and Honig Vineyards & Winery to deliver this one-of-a-kind culinary experience.
As a gift, all guests will receive a customized cutting board and a signed book by Joel Salatin of Polyface Farms.
