During this deeply therapeutic and immersive experience, you'll rest comfortably on a float while sound waves move through and around you. The combination of buoyancy and hypnotic vibrations from live percussion creates a cocoon of sound that encourages stillness, spacious awareness, and deep, restorative rest. Fast-paced themed rides to elevate your heart rate.

Join us for a leisurely stroll along the Potomac River. During this walk you'll learn unique facts about the land around the Resort dating back to 1000 B.C. To attend, please meet in the Health Club and plan for about 90 minutes. This is a moderate hike for all ages.

Yoga designed for all skill levels promoting balance, strength and flexibility. Classes meet in the Health Club and may relocate outside, weather permitting. Sanitized mats are available or feel free to bring your own equipment.
